    Am I an U.S citizen
When I was 16 my parents became US citizens through naturalization. At that time they couldn't find or have my birth certificate because I was born in a refugee camp in the Philippines. I am now 27 and I was finally able to track down my birth certificate. Am I a US citizen?

We recovered my birth certificated when I was 26. My parents have not petitioned me. Can they still petition me even though I am over 18?
