    What is the deal with Citicard? I need debt relief, but keep hearing that citi take me to court. Does anyone know?

    Yes, if you do not work out some payment plan with them, ( that they will accept and in writing) they have till the SOL date the right to take you to court. So yes they may do that if they wish,

    Statue of limitation, the period from last activity to the date they can take you in court, varies by locatoin

    Try to work out a payment plan and get in WRITING. Never ever agree to anything on the phone. Don't make the mistake of thinking it will go away on its own because it will not.
    If you can try to work out a plan and stick to it because a judgement is the last thing you would want. As fr_chuck stated above check the sol in your state. How old is the debt? What state are you in? Giving us a little more information will help us advise you what to do.
