    Hello I am looking for my brother
    My Name Is Candis Rogers Toler. My Daddy Last Name Is Toler. I Am From Memphis,tn. I Have A Brother Who Name Is Either Michael Toler Jr,or Mike Toler Jr. He Was Born And Raised In Memphis Tn. His Mother Her Name Is Shelita Culburn . I Don't Know Where She Is Or He Is And I Am Trying My Best To Locate Either Of Them. My Dad Says My Brother Was Born In Either 88,89 Or 87 In Memphis Tn. I Don't Know But He Knows.but He Really Just Don't Know His Own Self. That Is Y I Am Turning To You All To Help Me Out. I Don't Know Where He Is? I Never Met My Brother Or Him Mom Or Anything I Talked To Him One Time On The Phone In 2001. I Haven't Spoken To Him Since And I Need Some Type Of Answers. I Don't Have Any Money Or Nonthing To Get The Answers And Help I Need. Please Help Me
