    Green card for my parents
    Hello
    My company wants to sponsor my green card.
    Can I ask them to apply for my parents as my dependent?
    I am a divorce woman.
    My parents are visiting me their visa is B2.

    No... only spouse and children can be included as your dependents. You must wait until you become LPR, then you can sponsor your parents. During this time, they can come visit you on B-1/B-2... do not overstay.
