    Land Purchase Gone Wrong
I need some help. I am in a civil lawsuite against the realtors and owners of a vacant commercial land parcel that I purchased. Duirng the escrow I found out that there was a letter written to the owners that the realtors were in possession of which spoke about the removal of an abandoned pipeline underneath the property. I asked several time to see the letter but they just jerked me around. After the purchase, two weeks latter I went to the parcel of land and a fence was completely around the property. I was unable to get access to my property and was unable to expand my business which I had intended to. The fence was there for over 6 months and when I called the realtors about the inncident they just would not return my calls and hung up on me. The fence was placed around the lot by a company removing the pipeline. The company told me that both the realtors and owners of the land were well aware of that fact. What is the law regarding this in California? Did I have a 3 days rights of recission when I purchased the land? Looking for answeres or were I can find some. SOS

Were you aware of the letter and the abandoned pipeline before you physically closed on the property?

Or was it unknown to you and you found out later?
