M, looking closer I believe you are correct. I thought perhaps it was candy as it thinned down to the width of a hair but the color difference would suggest metal hook but doesn't look like a lure! So what you think??

There's definitely that metal hook there as far as I see it rebby , and I'm sure I've seen it somewhere but just can't think where at the moment:confused:

How would I use a voltage tester? Would I go from outlet to outlet measuring the voltage? I've gone around the house and tightened outlets and opened the panel and tightened the screws that were not tight.
I haven't seen the lights dim since I tightened everything.
