I am in a long term relationship for 6 years and to be married next year. My finacee and I aren't overly sexually active due to work schedules. But the weekend in July 18 we had a quite a busy weekend! :) So I usually get my period a couple days before the end of the month so for July it would have been the 30 or 31 and its light. The rest of the beginning of the month (August) its flows into a heavy normal period.
Well this time around I got my period on the 23 and it lasted till the 28 it wasn't heavy it was enough to keep changing but not like the norm.
I must also say we don't practice safe sex because sooner or later we do plan to have a baby.
In addition to the early period, I have been feeling some cramping in my lower abdominal which haven't been linked to going to use the bathroom. So also I have had slight lower back pain.
Could I be pregnant. Please don't mind the spelling errors

Well, if that's the case it being only August 11th, I 'd say it's to earley to tell yet, you haven't actually missed a period so, maybe the pain is down to a uti infection.

Do you feel a need to pass water more often than usual,does it sting at all, the minute you leave the loo, do you feel the need to go again ?

It could be almost anything!. perhaps the best thing to do is to visit your GP take a water sample that he can test, this will show any infection he can then treat you accordingly.

That's just it I don't have any pain when I pee or itching or burning.
I feel dizzy light headed and crave so much food!
