    So this is what I got, what's this mean?
    So I'm buying my girlfriend of 2 years a promise ring. Its at www.helzberg.co m and you can see it by typing the item number in the search box, its 1673302 and I was wondering what's 10KW? And what's .08CT?

    KW = karat white (usually measure of gold... while 10K means 10 karat gold, 10KW means 10 karat white gold)

    CT = carat, weight of the diamond

    Good choice... so if you don't keep your promise, does that mean you get the ring back for a refund!!

    Sorry never heard of a promise ring... engagement , wedding, eternity, friendship... yes, but not promise, I like the sound of it though.
