    Then there you go gal...

Just got back from a wedding reception in a very nice place tonight. Nice steak restaurant downstairs and the reception upstairs. The couple got married in Hawaii last month and had the reception for friends and relatives here. The had 12 hula girls performing from the Chicago School for hula girls! They were really good, as good as we saw in Hawaii.

Had a lot of fun, danced, food was great, drinks were not watered down...

The place was beautiful there was a miranda outside beside a large beautiful lake with blue lighted water fountains in the middle of the lake. The lake came right up to the miranda kind of like a dock... very nice party.:D

Well we have to start packing tomorrow... never, never like to pack...  Start knows how I am about packing...

    Thanks guys.
The vet said it was probably an allergic reaction to something. He was only 6 months old.

I have a new one... but I'm finding it pretty difficult to not resent her at the moment.

    How have you all been?

    Sick, but getting better. ;)

Honey, a truth about rabbits, and why I usually don't buy a young one. Before the age of 6 months they die very easily for no reason. I've had it happen many times.

As for your new bun, I know it's hard, you don't want to feel that you are replacing the other, and you're not.

This is a new little life, not her fault, and she will give you as much love as she gets. So, look into those big bunny eyes, you know you can't resist, and give that little twitchy nose a tickly.

Know that you other bunny was loved more in his 6 months than many get in a lifetime.

If you want to talk about it, need to talk about it, or just want to vent, we're here, or you can PM any one of us, I know I speak for the group when I say that we're here for you. Death sucks, but sadly, it's a part of life.

    Okay?

Kal did you run away? I'm always at a loss for words when it comes to these things. I hope your new Bun twitches his nose away at you, in only the way that you can understand, and speaks volumes in the language that only pets can speak!

We all love our pets so much, so we know how you feel. Don't think of your new Bun as a replacement, think of him as the little guy/girl (?) that came to make you laugh at the silly things he does, and as a present from your other little Bunny so you wouldn't be sad. ;)

Happy to see you back! We all missed you! :)
