    Any Ideas?
    :confused: I am trying to find a doctor,neurologist,and neuropathologist in Philadelphia,PA that takes Health Partners.Any ideas?Any way to relieve tension headaches and muscle twitches without medication?

    Most insurances require your regular doctor to refer you and he should have a list of specialists that take your particular health care provider.

    You need to watch what you eat and cut out salt, sugar, artificial sweeteners, caffeine, message, junk foods, etc...
    You said you only take one medicine?

    Some vitamins and minerals you may be lacking would be some of the B vitamins, magnesium, potassium,

    You should eat only healthy foods and eat more bananas and potatoes

    You maybe should actually get tested for what vitamins and minerals you are lacking.
    I have a feeling a lot of it may be vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

    You should contact Health Partners and find out which doctors accept their network
