    What is the best exercise?
    I have the Natalie Cassidy then and now workout video and it is really good. I used it for two days along with walking my dog for an hour on both days and the result for just them two days is astonishing. But what I want to know is do you know of any easy exercises to do that will help with getting rid of those spare tires and also the spares on your arms and legs. Because what I have found personally is that by doing sit ups and press ups etc I get really tired really quickly and it hurts my arms so I can just barely do one or two press ups and about 15 sit ups and that is all. I heard that yoga is good but what sorts of exercises can I do that are easy (That doesn't involve lying down and putting your legs back over your head :o haha) I just want things that I can do throughout the day at anytime even whilst watching TV or something that aren't embarrassing to do if my mum or dad are in the room.

    (Im 16 years old by the way not old and still living with my parents :P)

    The one that works for you to burn calories and keep you fit !
    Best is to keep it simple and do whatever suits you. There may be extreme effective exercises, but if you stop after one or two weeks, they are actually in your case failures.

    Keep it simple. Keep it handy and possible. Keep it desirable and motivating.
    But most of all : keep it easy to continue with it !

    You can always change or upgrade activities over time. So get started with whatever you like. That is at least better than sitting in front of the televison or computer !
