    Sorry;
    I am trying to get the "Address Bar" to come in on the "Taskbar".
    When I do a right click on the taskbar and then click on toolbars the address bar is not one of the choices.

    I not only have this problem with a new XP Pro w/ SP 3;
    I have the same problem on a different computer running XP Home w/ SP 2.

    I know the problem lies in the registry, but my knowledge of the registry is limited. I can search it and make corrections, but programing is something I never learned.

    I really appreciate the help.

    I know what you mean, Microsoft took out option to have address bar in tasbar in sp3... I have a step by step guide but its all in russian
    Возвращение инструмента «Адрес» (Address bar), отсутствующего в Windows XP SP3 - Компьютерная документация и статьи о Windows. Оптимизация Windows.

    Don't know if you can get someone to translate for you

    There's also a lot of 3rd party apps that will get it back but careful as a lot have spy/adware

    This is the one I always recommend Download MuvAudio, MuvUnder Cover, Freeware and More | MuvEnum Software scroll down to muvenum address bar
