    Apple cider vinegar pills, connected to weight loss?
    Hello, I have heard that apple cider vinegar pills are connected to weight loss.
    Does anyone know if this is true, or have any experiences using these pills?

    What about green tea?
    Does it work?

    Does anyone have any other ideas to help with weight loss (preferbaly natural)

    I have tried both apple cider vinegar and green tea. I did lose some weight, but it depends on other lifestyle choices. If you continue to eat unhealthy high fat foods, then this won't work for you.

    Apple cider and green tead are boosters, they don't work in and of themselves.

    Just my opinion. :)
