Partnerships - How to calculate dividends given and shares given to new partners?
Can anyone help me with the following issue:

I am trying to work out a partnership system within my company to allow current committed employees and new partner to join the company however I don't know how to 1) calculate the amount of shares that should be given to the new partners (based on what and for what) and 2) how to calculate the amount of dividends that the partners receive each quarter. I would like to work out a system where the partners receive the dividends based on the value they bring to the company through the projects executed and value produced through their clients. How can this be done.

Can anyone help me with some feedback to put me in the right direction.

    Thanks,

    Ernesto

    Hello, Ernesto333!

I care about your question getting answered sufficiently, so I just moved it to the Accounting topic area of this site so that it will get the most exposure to those who are best able to answer it. It wasn't really getting noticed in the Business Plans topic area. The people that are best at answering questions that have to do with accounting really don't frequent the business type areas much.

We have at least two people who are members here who would be great at answering your question! Hopefully, one or both of them will come along to address it.

    Thanks!
