    Abandonment in Wisconsin
My daughter has not seen her father (no we were never married) since she was 3 months old. She is almost 7 and doesn't know about him at all. I have let him know throughout the years where she was located. He never wanted to see her. Does anyone know if he can get visitation rights?

Yes he can. It would not be easy and could probably be restricted to supervised visits initially, but he's still her father and has rights. It would be difficult, to get those rights terminated.
