    Child custody
My ex husband hasn't been meeting our court order. He hasn't been picking up my two boys for his visitation. He does nothing to provide for them. He doesn't even have a job. I want to get full custody of my children but I'm not sure what my first step is to obtain full custody. What should I do?

Your ex-husband is obliged to provide child support for the kids so long as he has income. If he doesn't then there's nothing you can do.

If he has no interest or involvement with the children then it should be easy to get an agreement from him about custody or if he won't agree then you should have little trouble getting a court order.

You can ask the lawyer who helped you get the court order to assist you with this issue.

The lawyer will likely be able to work this out without having to go to Court so it won't likely cost that much.

Sounds like you already have full custody by default. Why would you need more?
