Ok, now bear in mind, this was done many years ago when the duck held such a place of honor all alone... my daughter had two pet ducks... Princess Tia and Ducky Lucky, well, Duckly Lucky was my son's but for her birthday, she wanted a duck cake so this is the duck cake complete with hand made placemats!!

Ok, now, keep in mind, we are not approaching this cake in quite the same manner as we have Stringer and the Duck to manage... I'm still working on it. Haven't heard from the duck yet on the kind of cake she likes best. I have to have that information before I can continue to formulate my plan!! ;)

Okay, I'm back for a few, Sydney's in the bath, wants to play for a while, so I have some time.

Biggie sweetie, are you sure you can put off your shower? ;)

Aw, lub you anyway, even if you are stinky. :)

You know I'm kidding, well, maybe not, but I really don't know, even if my sense of smell had returned (which it hasn't) I still wouldn't be able to smell you from here. ;)

I'm still sniffly, still coughing, but usually only at night. Other than that, I guess I'm okay, at least I'm not dead, so that's a bonus. :);)

The baby bird has eaten twice now, and well, I hope this means it will survive. The only concern now is it's wing, and I also noticed dried blood on one of his legs, and he keeps it curled up against his body, I hope it's okay. If the wing doesn't heal then I'll keep him, but he would need the use of at least one leg in order to sit on a branch or perch. This poor little guy has been through allot in his short life. Age guess would be around 10 days, give or take one day.

Sydney's ready to come out of the tub, I'll be back in around 1/2 hour.

Be good. Who am I kidding, you are good when I'm not around. ;)
