    Can't remember this animal animated cartoon!
    There's a cartoon movie about a cat, that doesn't get adopted out of the litter, and it gets lost in the city. I think this little girl finds him, and takes him in, but then he gets lost again or something, and another man finds him, and the kitten and the little girl try to find each other. I also remember that there is a poodle who's like, high class and snobby.
    Please help me! It'd be much appreciated. :]

    Oh, and I think it is from the late 80's-90's.
