    Interlock Breath systems - violation
    Looking for advice on a ignition interlock violation - due to eating something that caused th violation. Can these violations be appealed

    I would think that first you would have to be able to prove it and how would you manage going about that?

    I have a documented letter to the hearings officer as well as the original recipe of the gormet mushrooms that I had eaten. The recipe incudes the mushroom to be marinated in a wine & butter sauce before the final cooking is completed

    What is a "documented" letter?

    Plenty of posts on this subject if you use the search feature. They can violate you or not. You should have received the info on what foods/beverages violate -
