You said it looks like the spots on your face. Do you mean acne? It is not uncommon for teenagers to get acne on their chest or back.

Look for cleansers designed for clearing up spots (pimples)... for example, Clearasil and Boots both have several to choose from. They are probably pretty normal, but if they appear to be inflamed or you have a large number of them, you may also want to see if you can get a referral to a dermatologist or ask the chemist for ideas of something stronger.

Hi. Do you eat a lot of dairy products. My partner gets normal spots on his back but mostly if he eats a lot of cheese etc. it could just be something as simple as your diet. It may be worth asking a doctor to refer you to a dietician and they could see if that is the cause

Though mine are a bit darker than my skin, I have been recently told that mine was a fungus infection by a doctor who gave me cream to take it away. It could be that? Yeah, sounds gross but my doctor explained that it is actually common and it'd be fine.

If they are pimples, you treat them the same way as you do pimples you get on your face.
If they are not, you'll need to make an appointment with a Dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
