    Sore hip joint
    Hi

    I'm having a lot of left hip pain caused by a sore hip joint.

    I've searched around the net a bit but can't find a good resource to help me - everything just seems to jump straight to information about hip replacement.

    That terrifies me - I just want some background information and maybe some tips about pain management and things I can do to help myself cope better, and what I should do about getting help.

    Surely I don't have to go straight to looking at surgery!

    Hi Simon

    I've just done a real similar search to what you seem to have tried.

    BUT I really think you need to go see your GP doctor first!
