    vinyl vs. aluminum gutters
    I need to replace an old wooden gutter. Are aluminum or vinyl gutters better?

    They are both good, extreme hot and cold weather are hard on vinyl. I prefer Aluminum.

    I am with Amricca on this. Vinyl does not like to get hit by branches or hail, aluminium can absorb much more shock and will never get brittle.
