Print by Borin Arts Prod. Co.
I have this print entitled "Ye Old cottage" reproduced by Borin Arts Prod. Co. It seems like a rather old print. I received it at an estate sale. The name on the print is very hard to read. I think it might be by a Harris or Hiauz Fonualutz. Like I said very hard to read. Does anyone know of this painting? Or what it might be worth? Thanks for answering. Marilyn:)

Would it be possible for you to post an image of the print on this thread?

When Googling in an attempt to figure out this artist's name, I came upon this post. Since it's from 2008, this is perhaps a long shot. I, also, just purchased a very old print at an estate auction, attached. (Sorry about the background glare on the glass!) Tried to get a close-up of the name, also attached. I do not see this print on the link you posted.
I wonder if Fenway ever discovered the artist's name (I think it looks like Huuis Fanuulutz) which is signed in green on the right, with the name of the piece, Ye Old Cottage, on the left.
Thank you!

No, I did not get any response to my email. There are currently 2 for auction on eBay and I have written both sellers who, according to their listing, apparently did not know the artist' name. I asked them if they had discovered any more information about the piece and will let you know if I receive a reply.

I have the same print. Although the thatched roofs on mine are more brown than red.
