Ist off we don't need to be rude here. We answer post on our free time to benefit nobody but you. I answered your question. If you don't like my answer tuff. A 14 day period is not normal a period should be between 5-7 days.

If you want the answer to your question with medical certainty go to your doc.

    We are not psychics.

    Rudeness is not warranted

Ashley... as danielnoahsmommy pointed out, a 2 week long period is not the "norm" for most women. Do you usually tend to have periods that last that long? If not, it could be a one off, but if you have any concerns obviously see your doctor as there are a number of reasons for it. If it is the norm for you, that would be a good thing to mention with the additional information you provided in your second post, because it can change the responses you get. The more details you provide, the more precise the responses you may receive. Ultimately, as danielnoahsmommy also pointed out, no one here can provide you with exact certainty.

The light spotting several days ago could be from a number of things... implantation spotting if pregnancy is a possibility, some women have a bit of spotting around the time of ovulation, breakthrough spotting if you are on birth control, simple hormone fluctuations, etc.. If pregnancy is possible, see what happens with your next period... if late, try a test at that time. If negative, and still no period after another week, try another test.
