    Dumped with kids
    I have been in this on again off again relationship with what I thought was my soulmate. We are now off again for good I think, What do you do when there are childern. How do you get over this person when for the kids sake you have to see this person who has hurt you so bad??

    You do as so many parents before you have done over the many years, you cope with your feelings, and do whatever you have to for your children you have together.

    With kids involve it's hard, but it's not impossible. If you can hurt, that means you are human. It also means that you can heal. It's not going to be easy but you will if you really want to. Work on healing yourself with time. Then, do what you have to do so that your kids will have a bright future. All the best

    On and off relationship are no good and unhealthy for your kids to see. Your survive like many other mother have the road might be hard, but you be surprise how strong you are. Just make sure he support his kids financial, if anything.

    When you start to feel down or sad, do something with your kids.
