:) Hi can any one help I would like to find out the title of a movie that my mum took me to see back in the 70s/80s.

Can only remember a few details like, it was very like a sinbad bad film, but not one I don't think.

I rember that a man had to walk up a mountain on the path because if he strayed he would turn to stone, there was a witch or sorcer luring him with temptation, I also remember the ending when an eagle or similar very large bird flew over a castle or something and dropped an egg which smashed.

Can't remember much more but can anyone help thanks

In "The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad", Sinbad climbs a mountain to retrieve an eggshell from a giant bird, to satisfy the sorcerer Sokura. He returns to the castle with the eggshell so the sorcerer can make a potion to restore the princess to normal size.

Thanks for answer its not a sinbad film as they are too old I remember going to cinema in late 1970s early1980s with parents to see this movie and I remember the end when a large bird flys over somewhere and drops a large egg which explodes and there is a lot of blood the reason I recall this is because as a child it gave me nightmares just can't remember title
