    Moving out of State
I recently moved from Louisianan to Georgia,My husband said because I moved I committed a crime but we have no custody agreement and there was domestic viloence involed, the only reason I move was because he put me on the streets with my children and had no other place to go.I am originally from Georgia and have family here so that is why I moved, can I go to jail or can it be held against me that I did move out of state if he decides to file for custody?

No you did not commit any crime. They are your kids they are in your custody and you have nothing binding you to court orders
