You asked the other ? Instead of including it here and I read it first.
Just have a nice comfortable bed for her to have her kittens in. Get her use to going in it before she has them. You don't do anything and do not touch them at all unless it is absolutely necessary... like a kitten strays from the other kittens and mom isn't getting it.
Just leave her to her own she knows what to do. When they are around 6 weeks old you can try starting them on some kitten food.

Leave them alone for at least a month if you touch and pet them sometimes the mommy will refuse to feed them and then they end up dying.

Congrats on the kittens!
I remember when I was little..
I lured a stray black female cat into the house... My parents let me keep her.. Well, We didn't know she was expecting.. And I was only in the 1st grade at the time.. The cat was laying on my brothers bed. (We had bunk beds.) I had the top level. I heard weird noises.. and looked under my bed. And, I screamed!! "AHHHH MUSKRAT!!" Lol, cause I saw a small black creature. Parents came running in... and informed me it was a kitten. LMAO. I believe they took her out of the room, I mean come on she was giving birth next to my brother on his bed! Anyway, I know we didn't get to touch the kittens for awhile. We gave them a box with a couple towels and placed a blanked over the counter top to give them privacy. And put the box under the ledge on the floor.

Yeah just don't keep touching them or picking them up the more you do the less interest she will show in them until she totally ignores them.

My cat has been nursing 5 weeks. The kittens are now gone. The cats nipples are still producing and are very swollen. Is this normal and if so when will this subside. Is there anything I should be aware of?
