    My second and third mortgage
    If my second and my third mortgage guarantor filed for bankruptcy do I lose my house

    Probably not. The guarantor could reaffirm the debts.

    Most likely not. Is this person just on the mortgage as a guarantor/co-signer or are they on the deed also.

    I think this will only effect you if the guarantor is actually on the deed! You could try phoning up your lending and asking there advise if haven't already done so.
