    Misscarage after 29 weeks?
    :confused: I am worried about having a miscarriage what happens in a misscarage after your alread 29 weeks?? Can the baby come out that early

    Hun, you shouldn't worrie about miscarring unless you have needle like feelings in your lower back, cramping, bleeding, and entense pain in your lower back, and if you are worrie then you should see your dr asap.

    To answer the question directly.

    Yes, it can and does happen. When it does, we give cervical ripening agents to soften the cervix, then the woman delivers the baby vaginally.
