    You say homecare business but what exactly do y ou want to homecare. Is it seniors, respit care sort of business you want to do ? First of all you should have qualifications enabling you to do this, such as RPN, PSW type certs. You should give this serious thought, it does involve committing to a form of healthcare for clients. Whoever you hire has to be bonded, and you yourself bonded as well if you are going into clients homes.

    In support and in addition to the fine answer above, what also might be required will depend on the laws where you are located, because the laws may differ from place to place. So, for those here who really know about this sort of business and setting it up, I'm sure that it would help them to know the location where you want to conduct this kind of business.
