I am trying to remember this old movie. I think it was probably from the 80's/

I believe the man was the actor that used to play Marlo Thomas's fiancé in That Girl and the actressmay be the girl that played Adrianne in Rocky.

The basic story is the girl is in a car crash (I think over a cliff) and is presumed dead.

Years later she runs into her former fiancé but is unrecognizable after many plastic surgeories.

Somehow they befriend each other.

I believe she is an artist and he realizes who she is when he notices a painting that she had begun before the accident and now it is hanging in her home.

Anyone have any ideas?
