    Main lug panel
I have a 150 amp main lug panel supplying all the electricity for my house. I have not found any main disconnect for this load center so I'm assuming the power company has to pull the disconnect at the meter. There is a 60 amp double pole breaker on the top section of the hot bus that appears to be wired to the lower section of the hot bus. Does this breaker act as a disconnect for part of the hot bus?

If there is a disconnect at the meter, it is for you to operate, not the utility, and the panel can be a Main Lug Only.

Not sure how the 60 amp breaker is arranged, it may be the main breaker, or not, all depends. A photo will tell a thousand words.
