    Harbor Breeze fan not working
We have a Harbor Breeze remote control ceiling fan. When trying to turn it on the fan nor the lights will come on. If we hold any of the buttons on the control the fan will turn on but when released the fan goes back to slow. Even if we push the light button and hold it down the fan will start going. But once released the fan slows down. Check all electrical connections and they are good. We did have couple power outages while the fan was on. Is there a reset button somewhere? Any suggestions would be great.

    You can try that].

The red LED on the remote, does it stay on or blink? This could be a bad receiver OR a bad remote.
