    You can work something out with the vet to pay on installments, etc.

    Why oh why would you not take a puppy with a broken leg to a vet??

    Call the vet stupid! If you want to be so rude to people. You could have found that out when you took your dog to the vet. That's another good reason to go to the vet. To ask the vet questions! Get the idea VET.
