    I need to know how to be a high school cheerleader and fast.I only have ONE WEEK
    My friend and I were going to tryout for rcheerleading for next summer but we found out that we didn't miss tryouts for this year so I have ONE WEEK to learn how to do a split, cartwheel, backhand springs and all the other important stuff I would need to make a high school cheer squad!! So if any one could help me it would be greatly appricated... I really want to make the squad so I NEED HELP AND SUPER SUPER FAST!!

    I know the video store has videos on cheerleading - have you looked there?

    You will be competing against girls with years of dance and acrobatic experience and I'm not sure you can learn what you need to know in 1 week, especially without injuring yourself.

    Were you on junior varsity? Do you have any experience?

    Well I found out all I need to be able to do is a backhand spring and know how to keep a steady beat and I can do the beat part and a backbend I just need help jumping into the bhs and how to get my leggs over... I know that I can do this
