    Is it true that in the state of Florida, if you relenquish your parental rights, you do not have to pay child support?

    I'm not sure but I think you do not, BUT I believe both parents have to agree to having your parental rights dissolved.. otherwise there would be many absent parents "relinquishing their parental rights"
