    How can my husband adopt my son?
    I have a son but his father past away in car accident.im now married again,and my husband wants to adopt my son.Which steps to follow?

    How does your son feel about this?

    Generally, the questions here usually revolve an uninvolved biological parent, not a deceased one.

    Your son may not WANT to be adopted, in order to keep a link with his dead father.

    My son is only 11years old, and loves his stepfather as he is the only father he has ever known,my son's father past away when he was 1year 5months ,so he does not remember him at all accept on photos.
    He always wanted to have a father so do not think there will be any problem at all.
    Thanks any way for that point.
