How to charge for residential pressure washing in So. Cal
Just added pressure washing to my Window Cleaning Business and wanted to know if anyone would be kind enough to share some standards on how to charge for pressure washing. I know this is a broad question.

To be more specific, how do you charge for general P/W of a house, flat surfaces, i.e. driveways etc?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

Hello, assuming you are using professional pressure washing equipment, not those 400 or 500 home type pressure washers, and most professionals are using hot water, esp on houses to help with cleaning of things such as mold and mildew and for a better clean.

A house, in Atlanta, single story 2 or 3 bedroom goes for that 80 to 120 dollar range

For driveways, and flat surfaces, a flat surface cleaner attacked to your pressure washer and using light chemicals will go for about 7 to 10 cents a square foot.
