    How to lose the fat on my face.
    hiii,, well recently I have lost 20 kilos by running & following a normal diet avoidin fried food... but one thing that bothers me z d fat on my face... it has reduced a bit but den it again turns up if I eat anything heavy,, instead of hitting any oder part of my body... d fat hits my face first... wats should I do.. it makes me luk bigger than my age,!

    If you keep taking care of yourself, your face will follow. Exercise helps. Your body will balance itself out.
