    Child support
    I am a disabled father who receives workers compensation, New York state disability retirement and social security disability. Is my child who lives with her mother entitled to any of the retro checks I received?

    Yes, he should be added to your disability. I was separated and then divorced from my x and my kids each received around $65. -$80. Each through the years. That was like 10 yrs ago so it would be more now.

    If you were in arrears then the answer is yes. They would get a portion of the retro check up to the point of catching up on the child support.
