    L1 to h1b
Before travelling to US, I had both valid L1 and H1b stamped on my passport.
I entered in US on L1 visa and after 3 months working on L1, I transferred my status from L1 to H1B as I had it stamped on my passport.
While transferring my status I also transferred my H1B from Company the H1B was stamped.
Just to re-iterate, I came to US on L1 for Company A, I also had my H1B for Company B stamped. I transferred my Status from L1 to H1B and also transferred my H1B from Company B to Company C without working for Company B.

I have a questions on this.

    1. I am travelling back to India, and now want to stamp my H1B for Company C. Is there any problem with this case?

You are jeopardizing your status. Consult immigration attorney ASAP.

    Thanks for your help.

But I got my H1 approved from INS and they have sent me the approved I-797 for Company C and new I-94 of H1B. Is it still a problem when USCIS themselves have mailed me the approved I-797 for Company C and new I-94 until Sept, 2010? If it is a problem what is the solution for this. Can't I stay in US even with valid I-94 until 2010?

Thanks in advance for your help.
