    Arrest warrants and Apartments
    If the police have an arrest warrant, and they don't know if your hame or not. Can the enter you apartment anytime they want or do they have to know that you are there?

    You'll do better if you keep ALL your questions about this stuff on ONE thread.

    You'll also do better if you tell us your situation and what happened, instead of asking the kinds of questions you're asking. The law isn't just a yes or a no. There are a LOT of circumstances BEYOND those you are describing...

    For example, if you're a suspected serial killer, then the cops are going to go ANYWHERE they damn well please to get you. On the other hand, if you have warrants for jaywalking, THAT'S another story...
