    Motion for early termination
    I need to know the format of a motion for early termination of fed probation

    Hello cb:

    If you're attempting to get a judge to rule on it, just write him a letter. Send a copy to your PO AND the prosecutor. Ask the judge to consider your letter a motion... He probably will.
