    No See-Ums
I live in Florida and we have these little flying pests called no see-ums. Their name says it all/ They are almost invisible and they bite, leaving a red bump that itches! I have a pool that is screened in. These pests are so small that they fit through the screen. Does anybody have a chemical/concoction that I could mix and spray the screen with. I have been using a chemical that the exterminators use called Demon. I mix it in a pump sprayer with a little dishwashing liquid (so it sticks better to the screen). It seems to work OK. Any other suggestions?

Demon is pretty wicked stuff. It's avail to non-licensed in FL?

Just about any residual should do, esp since you're mixing it w/ soap to coat better. Read labels carefully and choose one specifically rated for outdoors.

Demon's a quick knock-down p'cide. It's the only one I used on the job that I made sure to have gloves when mixing and a mask when spraying. I guess it was suggested because it's quick. Does the label say how long it lasts?
