Hi ,
I am right now on F1 visa doing my masters I got my H1 approved in masters quota .I am having some problems with my graduation,so I was thinking of discontinuing my masters I am confused about the legal concerns I have to go through... to transfer to H1.

Any help in this regard is appreciated . Thanks

Find out from your employer if discontinue of your study will jeopardize your H-1B, in case the employer put this requirement in your profile, etc.

Discuss this matter with your employer and their attorney.
