Payroll taxes? OK now I know what you want. Since you know very little about payroll taxes and you have a corp, please contact a local accountant to handle your payroll taxes. It is very difficult to "teach"someone how to do payroll taxes on a computer. There are many payroll services such as paychex who can perform all payroll tasks including writing the checks to your employees.

[ 10 Answers ]
Hi,
I want to know the difference between compesation in W2 and
Corp-to-corp when working as a consultant for a company.
For eg: if my comp rate is 40$/hr W2 for 1st case and
40$/hr corp to corp for second, in which case am I supposed to take care
Of my taxes?
Which is better - S-Corp or C-Corp or LLP?
[ 2 Answers ]
Hi Folks -
I have a question for you  . Can you please tell me which entity is best for a salaried employee? Would your answer differ if I ask 'which entity is best for a self-employed individual, say a sole-proprietor?
Please post your responses asap.
Regards,
Nanda :)
