    I-94 citizenship section.
My I-94 issued along with the I-797 indicates the I hold the citizenship of the country where I was born (even though I don't hold it) and not my true citizenship! Is there a mistake here that I need to correct or is it the way it usually filled up?

If the information is incorrect, you should contact USCIS, request for correction and submit appropriate evidence.
