    Try this first

    'the requested look up key was not found in any activation content,

    Follow the simple instructions below to solve this problem

    1. right click on internet explorer icon on your desktop

    2. click on properties

    3. then click on advanced

    4. then go down to were it says show friendly URL's and tick the box

    If using IE 6, see if patch on this page helps
    Resolve Activation Click for Internet Explorer Active Content
