Ive been with my partner for over 2 years now (getting to the verge of 3), fact is we live in separate countries, but we do see each other maybe 3-4 times a year. He used to visit me a lot at first, but now it seems to be me always making the effort to go over there and see him, there doesn't seem to be any compromise what so ever.

I've always been a paranoid person, so ofc the long distance has always been very hard for me to deal with, but recently I've started to get a gut instinct that things isn't quite right and I can't put my finger on it. I've tried talking to him, but every time I'm assured everything is fine. I am just not convinced. He recently started taking a lot of interest in Facebook and I quote from what I saw there 'xxxxxx is on the hunt'. I could perhaps be reading into it too much from that phrase alone, I don't know, but its not something I want to confront him about either as it will just lead into the same old 'broken record' argument. And the fact that he states he's interested in girls (yes yes I know most men are and that I can accept), I've also noticed him adding random girls to his friends list, people I've never heard him speak of before so I am assuming they are people that isn't his 'usual' crowd.

I love this guy to bits, and I saw perhaps a future with him, but I just don't know where to go. I certainly cannot confont him, id just been seen as snooping around his personal life (don't get me wrong I do respect his privacy too). Just things seem strange indeed, he doesn't ring me anymore, doesn't text or anything, says it costs too much money (yet he can still afford do buy this do that, this and the other), generally he doesn't go out of his way for me whatsoever. Can't a girl feel a little special once in a while? What can I do to find out for sure being descrete if this is still what he wants or if he still loves me and is interested?

Long distance relationships are the pits as you are finding out, as it hard to bond from a few countries apart.
